Cancellation Policy appointment cancellations and refunds

At Aura skin clinics, we value your time and understand that circumstances may arise which require you to reschedule or cancel your appointment. To ensure the smooth operation of our clinic and to accommodate the needs of all our valued clients, we have established the following cancellation policy:

1. Appointment cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly request that you provide us with at least 24 hours' notice. This allows us to offer the appointment slot to another client who may be waiting for availability.

2. Late Cancellations and No-Show Policy & Charges

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be considered a "Late Cancellation” and a cancellation fee for 50% of your treatment price will be deducted from the card we hold on file for you. 

If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without any prior notice, this will be considered a "No-Show" and a cancellation fee for the full cost of the treatment will be taken from the card we hold on file for you. 

All cancellation and no-show fees must be paid in full before booking any future appointments with Aura Skin Clinics. These fees are non-refundable.

3. Payment Exceptions

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, such as emergencies or illness. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation. We may make exceptions to the cancellation policy on a case-by-case basis.

4. Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate your request at a time that is convenient for you and fits within our schedule.

5. Reminder Notifications

To help you remember your appointments and avoid late cancellations or no-shows, we provide appointment reminders via email or SMS. Please ensure that we have your correct contact information on file.
